What Is Lotta Zing?
Lotta Zing is a freshly made sauce at Golden Chick. It is a spice blend seasoning that is mixed into mayonnaise.
Lotta zing is relatively spicy, due to the heat provided by the spice mix. It is also creamy due to the inclusion of mayonnaise.
It is somewhat yellow in color, and relatively thick in consistency – it’s not runny and has a nice texture.
