Hey there!

I’m Jeremy, and I’m kind of obsessed with sauces.

I started this project because I wanted a place to geek out over ingredients, share my recipes, and document all that I learn about different sauces.

But why create a site about sauces?

Well, there simply wasn’t one dedicated to them!

Sure there were food sites, and random recipe sites, but no independent resource about sauces.

So I got to work, started documenting my work and writing here on this site.

That was how We Want The Sauce was born.

I know regularly publish my research, experiences and recommendations on all the new sauces I discover, try, or that I have developed a recipe for.
