  • 1/4 Cup of Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of Mirin
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons of Sesame Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ground Roasted White Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Whole Roasted White Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic.

Step One: Begin by peeling and pressing your garlic clove.
